(Construction) - On December 1, the Ministry of Construction held the second meeting of the Drafting Board and Editorial Team of the Projects on Housing Law (amended) and Law on Real Estate Business (amended). Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh said that the draft Law on Housing (amended) and Law on Real Estate Business (amended) were organized by the Ministry of Construction to collect comments from central ministries and branches. At the same time, seminars were organized in all three regions of the North, Central and South to gather suggestions from local authorities, businesses and people across the country. The Ministry has also worked with professional associations to collect comments from experts.
At the meeting, the delegates contributed many practical ideas to the draft Laws, focusing on issues that were of particular concern to the public. Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh highly appreciated the comments and suggested that the Drafting Board and Editorial Team received.
The Deputy Minister also noted that the Drafting Board and the Editorial Team should review to ensure the uniformity and consistency of relevant legal documents and review the conflicting contents among ministries and branches... At the same time, the evaluation and summary, the tables of explanations; redefine some contents with different opinions from which to choose options to submit to competent authorities for appraisal...
