(Construction) - On July 1st, the Ministry of Construction held an online meeting to get comments on the draft amendment and supplement to a number of articles of Resolution 1210/2016//UBTVQH13 dated June 25, 2016 on urban classification.

At the meeting, representatives of the Departments of Construction of Thua Thien - Hue, Lao Cai, Hai Phong... contributed ideas to the Draft. Basically, the Departments of Construction agreed that it is necessary to amend and supplement the Resolution 1210, and raise a number of difficulties and obstacles when conducting local urban classification according to Resolution 1210. With the same points of view, the concerned ministries and organizations all agreed on the need to amend and supplement the Resolution 1210.
Concluding the meeting, Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung noted that the Drafting Board to quickly complete its draft and conduct extensive consultation with relevant ministries, organizations and localities. The Ministry of Construction will soon transfer the documents to the Ministry of Justice for evaluation and official submission to the Government.
