Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha clarified contents raised by delegates of National Assembly

(Construction) - In the afternoon of May 23, after the online discussion on different opinions of the Draft Law amending and supplementing the Construction Law, Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha cooperated with the verification organization to clarify contents raised by delegates of the National Assembly.

The delegates agreed with many contents in the report of explanation, acquisition and revision of the Law project and also contributed many comments on the contents. Some suggestions proposed to continue reviewing the contents to be amended and supplemented to ensure consistency and avoid conflicts with current laws.

Clarifying some contents raised by representatives of the National Assembly, Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha expressed his gratefulness to delegates of the National Assembly for their interests and suggestions with high sense of responsibility to completing the Construction Law.

Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha emphasized that, a number of comments of the discussion were raised by delegates of the National Assembly during discussions on the Law project, which was summarized by the General Secretary of the National Assembly in the Report No.3614 dated May 18, 2020.
