(Construction) - Department of Planning and Finance of Hanoi noted that, out of 20 subdivision plannings of 4 satellite towns being studied, the Ministry of Construction has commented on 3 planning projects of Xuan Mai urban area and 3 planning projects of Phu Xuyen urban area.

8 projects under the planning of Son Tay urban zone have been assigned by the City People's Committee to the Hanoi Construction Planning Institute and the Son Tay Town People's Committee; 6 projects under the Soc Son urban subdivision planning were assigned by the City People's Committee to the Soc Son District People's Committee.
Hanoi City continues to study specific plans: Planning for parking lots, logistics centers and rest stops in the city until 2030, with a vision to 2050; General planning of urban underground construction space in the center of Hanoi; Urban planning for Hanoi station area and its vicinity; Detailed planning on conservation and development of traditional craft villages combined with tourism in Van Phuc silk village and Bat Trang ceramic village.
