Deputy Minister Bui Pham Khanh awarded Medal for Director KOICA in Vietnam

(Construction) - On January 8, at the Ministry of Construction, Deputy Minister Bui Pham Khanh presented the Medal for Construction Career to Mr. Kim Jinoh - National Director of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Vietnam.

Deputy Minister Bui Pham Khanh presented Certificate of Merit and Medal to Mr. Kim Jinoh.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Bui Pham Khanh expressed his honor and joy when awarding the Medal for Construction Career to Mr. Kim Jinoh - National Director of KOICA in Vietnam.

This is a recognition of the great and effective contribution of the Director to the Construction Industry and the Ministry of Construction, contributing significantly to the strategic partnership between Vietnam and Korea in terms of politic - economy in general and the relationship between the construction industry and the Ministry of Construction in particular.

In the coming days, the Director will finish his term in Vietnam and return to the country to receive a new assignment. Deputy Minister Bui Pham Khanh wished Mr. Kim Jinoh the Director success in his new position and will continue to pay special attention to the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam.
