(Construction) – On April 8, in Hanoi, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Construction held a conference to propagate the implementation of the Decree No. 16/2022/ND-CP dated January 28, 2022 of the Government on the penalties for administrative violations against regulations on construction.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Hong Minh affirmed: Implementation of Decision No. 126/QD-TTg dated January 26, 2021 of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Construction has assigned the Ministry Inspectorate to chair, coordinate with relevant Departments and Departments in studying and developing a draft Decree to replace the Decree 139/2017/ND-CP.
Inspectorate Chief of the Ministry of Construction, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan propagated the Decree No. 16/2022/ND-CP with 3 contents: the process of building Decree No. 16/2022/ND-CP; overview Decree No. 16/2022/ND-CP and disseminate new points of the Decree to the participants of the Conference.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan suggested that the participatation bridge points, the localities need to strictly implement the Decree 16/2022/ND-CP and relevant legal regulations. In the process of implementation, if there are problems, it is necessary to have feedback soon, from which the parties will discuss and resolve rightly, help the legal systems better.
