Ministry of Construction continues to instruct measures for Covid-19

(Constructing) - The Ministry of Construction continued to have Directive No. 02/CT-BXD on the implementation of urgent measures to prevent and control Covid-19 epidemics.

Currently, the situation of acute respiratory infections caused by new strains of Corona virus (Covid-19) continues to be complicated and unpredictable on a global scale and in Vietnam. The Ministry of Construction Ministry of Construction instructed the their units to perform the tasks, including:

From 0:00 on April 1, 2020, officials, public servants, employees and employees in administrative units of the Ministry of Construction using information technology work at home, except some special units.

Heads of units should have specific work assignment plans, use appropriate operating direction to ensure the completion of the unit's tasks so that works not be interrupted. Only necessary meetings and the number of attendees must not exceed 5 people, the meeting participants are 2m apart. Heads of units are responsible for requiring the units' officials, public servants, employees and employees to declare truthfully and accurately the medical examination.

Assigning the Chief of the Ministry office to set up and organize the disinfection at a ministry agency (once a week); procurement of materials and equipment to prevent and combat epidemics for units in the Ministry's agencies and sections that regularly contact with citizens and guests coming in and out of the agencies.

This Directive takes effect from April 1, 2020, heads of units and officials, public servants, employees and employees in the units attached to the Ministry must seriously and effectively implement the Directive.
