(Construction) - On the afternoon of March 20, in the capital Vientiane, the acceptance ceremony was held to hand over the new National Assembly of Laos serving the first session of National Assembly of the Laos People's Democratic Republic, term IX.

That is the gift from the Party, State and people of Vietnam to the Party, State and people of Laos. Deputy Minister of Construction Le Quang Hung highly appreciated the efforts of the Management Board, the general contractor and the contractor overcoming difficulties to complete the project. The Deputy Minister affirmed that this was the event to consider and accept some main items of the National Assembly of Laos to serve the first session of National Assembly of Laos, term IX.
The building of the National Assembly of Laos is a proof of existence, realism contributing to build a special and close relationship between the two peoples of Vietnam and Laos.
