(Construction) - On July 19, in Hanoi, an online conference was held among the Ministry of Construction (Vietnam) and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction of China.
At the bridgehead in Hanoi, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh and at the bridgehead on the Chinese side, Deputy Minister Jiang Wanrong chaired the seminar.

Speaking at the seminar, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh said: In recent years, along with the process of socio-economic development and implementation of the renovation policy, Vietnam has always paid attention to the field of construction, housing sector and has issued many policies and legal documents, implemented many housing development programs, especially social housing for the poor and for low-income groups.
On the other side, Deputy Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction of China, Mr. Jiang Wanrong said that in recent years, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, travel between the two countries has been difficult, so the exchange of experiences had been slowed down. The two countries will try to boost the economy, improve people's living standards and develop sustainable infrastructure after the pandemic.
The two Deputy Ministers agreed that the seminar was one of the practical activities contributing to the strength of the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and China in general and between the two ministries in particular.
At the seminar, representatives of units from the two ministries exchanged views and ideas on many issues related to social housing, housing management and the real estate market.
