(Construction) - On March 27, Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi had a meeting with Cuban Minister of Construction Rene Mesa Villafana and the delegation.
At the meeting, Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi briefed some general information about the results of the construction industry achieved in 2022 with Minister Rene Mesa Villafana and the Cuban delegation. Regarding cooperation between Vietnam and Cuba in the field of construction, although facing many difficulties, the two sides still made efforts in implementing cooperation agreements between enterprises of the two countries, actively implementing cooperation agreements signed cooperation between Vietnam - Cuba.

At the same time, Cuban side always created good conditions and urged the implementation of contents signed by the two countries, promoting stable cooperation between businesses.
The Cuban Minister expressed his belief that the Construction Ministries of the two countries would jointly create favorable conditions for businesses to carry out specific cooperation activities and build many new projects and works in Vietnam and Cuba. At the same time, the two sides would continue to enhance information exchange and experience sharing in the coming time.
At the end of the talk, Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi affirmed: In the coming time, the two ministries would focus on promoting cooperation in focusing, realistic and effective direction. The Ministry of Construction of Vietnam is always willing to exchange information and share experiences on state management of the construction industry, especially in the fields of housing and urban development, construction investment management, and development of building materials with the Cuban side. Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi believed that the Vietnam - Cuba cooperation relationship would be further built, promoted in the coming time.
