Over the past time, the working group to remove difficulties for the real estate market led by the Minister of Construction has worked directly with many localities, on the basis of reports sent to the working group, many documents have been issued, many solutions and problems have been solved. The working group has worked to remove difficulties for locailities such as Hanoi, City Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Can Tho and Dong Nai.
The Ministry of Construction has advised the Prime Minister to approve an investment project to build at least 1 million social houses for low-income people in the 2021-2030 period. In addition, Deputy Minister Nguyen Tuong Van also informed a number of issues such as urgent tasks to remove existing works but do not meet the requirements on fire prevention and fighting but have been put into operation and continue to review, supplement Resolution 06 on fire prevention and fighting for houses and construction works.
The removal by providing solutions to strengthen, supplement, and improve fire prevention and fighting capabilities so that these construction works can be put into operation soon. The Ministry of Construction has coordinated with the Ministry of Public Security to come up with a draft Resolution to remove this issue.
The Ministry of Construction has completed the draft Resolution, technical guidance documents, consulted 18 ministries, 44 localities and 4 associations. On June 28, the Ministry of Construction submitted a report No. 30 to the Prime Minister on this content to soon issue the Resolution and implement it. Regarding Resolution 06, the Ministry of Construction coordinated with the Ministry of Public Security to review and evaluate all difficulties and problems.
The Ministry of Construction, with a very positive spirit, always listens to and appreciates the opinions of localities, ministries, experts, businesses and soon issue guidance on Regulation 06 for everyone to understand correctly, properly applied in the implementation process. At the same time, the Ministry will continue to review and amend Regulation 06 under the direction of the Prime Minister.
