(Construction) – No Va Real Estate Investment Group Joint Stock Company (Novaland, NVL) has just announced the Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 18/2023-NQ.HĐQT-NVLG on the appointment of Mr. Dennis Ng Teck Yow as General Director.

Accordingly, Mr. Dennis Ng Teck Yow - former General Director of Gamuda Land Vietnam will hold the position of General Director of Novaland Group in place of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen from March 17, 2023.
Mr. Dennis Ng Teck Yow graduated Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hull, UK. He is also a member of many International Finance - Banking and Construction Associations.
Mr. Dennis Ng Teck Yow according to the introduction, he has nearly 30 years of experience with various senior executive positions in business strategy development, project and team development, analysis and distribution, financial analysis and planning… at domestic and international real estate investment and management companies.
The announcement from Novaland also said that in the current challenging context, Novaland has been focusing to complete key projects, handing over houses in stages to customers, and also flexibly adjust the construction implementation plan of the project subdivisions to suit the current situation.
The company was discussing, negotiating with credit institutions to arrange capital sources, at the same time, coordinate with localities to complete legal projects as soon as possible; focus on completing economic urban areas that contribute to changing the face and social security in provinces and cities with projects invested and developed by Novaland. With all available resources, the Company always strives to harmonize the interests of customers, investors and related parties.
