(Construction) - On March 31, in Hanoi, authorized by Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Hong Minh handed over the decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Trung Thanh, formal Deputy Head of Secretariat - Editorial Board of Nhan Dan Newspaper to hold the position of Director of International Cooperation Department since March 28, 2022.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Thanh, born in 1980 (native land in Thanh Ba district, Phu Tho) - was trained at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and the University of Canberra Australia; has successfully obtained the PhD Thesis in International Relations. Before being appointed as the Deputy Director of the Secretariat - Editorial Board, Mr. Thanh had worked at the Consular Agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Department and Secretary of the President of the Vietnam Cooperative Union.
