(Construction) - In the afternoon of July 20, in Hanoi, Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha had a meeting with Ms. Lianys Torres Rivera - Cuban Ambassador in Vietnam who forwarded directly a letter of Minister of Cuban Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment Rodrigo Malmierca Diaz.
At the meeting, Minister Pham Hong Ha expressed his pleasure and solemn welcomed to the Cuban delegation and said that he and the Government members always attach great importance to the friendship between the two countries. The Minister also always desired and proposed the most favorable solutions for the sustainable development of Cuba.

Regarding the 38th Session of the Intergovernmental Committee between the two countries and also the 60th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations, Minister Pham Hong Ha expressed his readiness to discuss with Cuba under permissible conditions. Currently, Vietnamese Government members are exchanging and discussing to prepare thoroughly for this meeting.
The letter from Cuban Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Affairs Rodrigo Malmierca Diaz cordially invited Minister Pham Hong Ha to visit Cuba and co-chair the 38th meeting of the Vietnam-Cuba Intergovernmental Committee on Cooperation economy and science and technology by the end of 2020 as agreed at the previous meeting held in Hanoi.
