The Minister emphasized and suggested that each unit, civil servant, public employee of the Ministry of Construction should continue to promote the achievements in 2022 and put their efforts to overcome difficulties and challenges in 2023. Specifically, each individual, each agency, each unit from the first working days must immediately start working, make specific plans for each month, each quarter. The immediate and important tasks that should be handled and allocate the processing time accordingly…
At the same time, the units in the Ministry must have a plan to coordinate with each other to effectively handle works the tasks such as law formulation, professional work, architectural planning, urban planning, housing, construction materials, construction economy, personnel organization, science and technology, human resource training... At the same time, it should focuse on having specific plans and strictly implemente the regulations of the Secretariat and the Prime Minister related to tasks before, during and after Tet to achieve many specific results from the beginning of the year.
