(Construction) - Recently, at the Ministry of Construction, there was an intimate meeting between Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi and Ambassador of Russian Federation Bezdetko Gennady Stepanovich.

On the basis of the needs and potentials of the two countries, Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi wished to strengthen cooperation and exchange experiences in formulating mechanisms and policies, and building a system of standards. The Miníter proposed that the Russian side to support the Ministry of Construction in updating and renewing construction standards to meet actual needs and in line with international practices.
Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi emphasized: The Ministry of Construction facilitates and supports enterprises of the two countries into joint ventures, to cooperate in investment in urban development and technical infrastructure projects for housing development and application of Russian innovative technologies.
Ambassador Bezdetko Gennady Stepanovich expressed that Russia is ready to cooperate with Vietnam on the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic and, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in Vietnam, will always be ready and make efforts to promote Vietnam-Russia relations to a new height.
