(Construction News) - On January 16, in Hanoi, Deputy Minister of Construction Phan Thi My Linh chaired the Appraisal Council to recognize Ha Tinh City as a grade-II city directly under Ha Tinh province.

Over the past time, Ha Tinh has invested in many aspects including to build school facilities, improve the quality of comprehensive education, expande the scale and diversify training industries, implement class planning and building material foundations in the period of 2015 - 2020. All these activities are to create conditions for socializing to build private schools in Thach Linh and Thach Quy wards, building secondary schools, secondary schools in the area.
The members of the Appraisal Council highly appreciated the efforts to change the urban face of Ha Tinh City in the past time. However, green trees need to be synchronous, focusing on investment in developing national tourist areas to fully exploit the advantages of the region.eputy Minister Phan Thi My Linh highly appreciated the role of Ha Tinh City in developing the chain of urban systems of Nghi Xuan, Hong Linh and Thach Ha. The project was developed by the province with an urban development program based on the additional comments of the Deputy Prime Minister, determining the scale of the neighborhood study to create a big connection.
In order to develop in accordance with the general adjustment plan, the Deputy Minister proposed, in the orientation to adjust the general planning of the province. It is necessary to define the local relations with the economic development zones in the city because this is a potential advantage in construction of Ha Tinh City.
The Council finally agreed to recognize Ha Tinh City is a grade-II city.
