Deputy Minister Phan Thi My Linh works with Thanh Hoa province

(Construction News) - On the afternoon of January 9, the Ministry of Construction delegation led by Deputy Minister Phan Thi My Linh had a meeting with Thanh Hoa province on the urban planning and management and the implementation of a number of ongoing urban planning projects in the province.

At the meeting, Mr. Dao Vu Viet - Director of Thanh Hoa Construction Department on behalf of the Committee reported an overview of the socio-economic situation in 2018, goals and key tasks in 2019 and some topics proposed to the Ministry of Construction.

Thanh Hoa province proposed the Ministry to coordinate, guide, appraise and connect to the Prime Minister for approval to increase the type of urban centers, to establish towns for new urban centers and to expand administrative boundaries in the future, to complete the system of norms and construction prices, to remove obstackle policies to support people with meritorious services to the revolution and so on.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Phan Thi My Linh appreciated Thanh Hoa province in the recent time to seriously implement legal documents and documents related to construction. At the same time, she valued the drastic direction of leaders, Thanh Hoa have made positive changes in socio-economic development.

Receiving the ideas of Deputy Minister Phan Thi My Linh and the delegation, on behalf of the leaders of Thanh Hoa province, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Le Anh Tuan expressed his wish that in the future to continue to receive the attention and coordinate with the Ministry of Construction to help the locality overcome difficulties as well as strengthen the management of the construction.
