(Construction) - On November 25, under the guidance and support of the Ministry of Construction, the Vietnam Real Estate Association held a workshop on "Some recommendations and solutions to remove difficulties recovering the real estate market in the current period".

In 2021, the re-emergence of the Covid-19 epidemic had a significant impact on the real estate market, especially in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh highly appreciated the Vietnam Real Estate Association for organizing the workshop gathering a number of recommendations and solutions to remove difficulties for restoring the real estate market, in order to concretize the Government's policy as well as contribute to the Ministry of Construction for completion of the tasks assigned by the Government.
The Deputy Minister also suggested that participated representatives of agencies, organizations, businesses, experts and scientists to assess and clarify difficulties, challenges and opportunities of the real estate market in the current situation, thereby propose and recommend breakthrough solutions to restore and develop stably the real estate market. These will be important contributions for the Ministry of Construction to study and absorb in the process of formulating and completing policies on housing and the real estate market.
