(Construction) - On December 17, 2021, at the Ministry of Construction, the Construction Newspaper cooperated with the Department of Science, Technology and Environment to organize the Workshop "Fire prevention and fighting for high-rise buildings - Current situation and solutions".

At the event, Editor-in-Chief of the Construction Newspaper Nguyen Anh Dung emphasized the reason for workshop: the Construction Newspaper has responsibility to transfer information in accordance with the principles and purposes directed by the Ministry of Construction, serving the social community in general, the business community and the construction investor in particular, creating stability in the development of the industry. This event contributed to minimize all risks, accidents and damage to people and property in fire prevention and fighting in high-rise buildings.
At the workshop, the delegates had listened and discussed to a number of general topics, reports and opinions related to the contents, issues of fire prevention and fighting. The expectation was to bring a lot of information in the practice of fire prevention and fighting, the Construction Newspaper will convey these contents, in order to spread the information at the workshop to readers and interested agencies and units.
