VICEM innovates growth model, increases market share

(Construction) - On August 10th in Hanoi, Vietnam Cement Corporation (VICEM) organized the 3rd Party Congress for the term 2020 - 2025.

Mr. Y Thanh Ha Niê Kam - Alternated member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises and Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh - Deputy Minister of Construction attended and directed the Congress.

Pioneering and leading the cement industry in Vietnam

Addressing the congress, Mr. Y Thanh Ha Niê Kam evaluated that VICEM Party Committee has had many solutions and efforts to achieved good results in Party building; at the same time contributed to the overall socio-economic development of the country; affirmed the Party's comprehensive leadership in State enterprises.

VICEM Party Committee should continue to focus on building a clean and strong Party Committee. At the same time, it should promote to comprehensively restructuring, innovating, taking the lead in science and technology and protecting the environment, increasing the efficiency of business operations; maintaining the lead position of the cement industry in Vietnam.

The congress elected 24 comrades in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Vietnam Cement Corporation for the third time, term 2020 - 2025. Mr. Bui Hong Minh - Chairman of the Board of Members was re-elected Secretary of the Party Committee.
