(Construction) - On June 29, Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi chaired a conference to appraise the task adjusting Bac Ninh urban master plan to 2035, with a vision to 2050.

Bac Ninh urban master plan to 2030, vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister under Decision No. 1560/QD-TTg dated September 10, 2015 with the scope including the entire administrative boundary of the Bac Ninh, Tien Du district, Tu Son town and 3 communes of Que Vo district.
Basically, the members of the Appraisal Council agreed to approve its contents of the task adjusting the urban master plan of Bac Ninh until 2035, with a vision to 2050, but it is necessary to supplement some contents.

In conclusion of the Conference, Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi emphasized a number of important contents that the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee should pay attention in order to review, edit and complete in the task. That were the content of the planning deadline, carefully assessing the existing situation of Bac Ninh urban area, reviewing the forecast of population size, land size, development spatial structure model, urban design spatial orientation, considering land use planning and especially noted that infrastructure must be one step ahead.
On that basis, the Minister requested the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province and the consultancy unit to urgently review and note the comments of the Appraisal Council to complete the document and send it to the Ministry of Construction to submit to the Prime Minister for approval.
