(Construction) - On February 3, 2023, in Hanoi, Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi had a working session with Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hai Ninh to announce the Master Plan and Investment Promotion in Khanh Hoa province in 2023.

Speaking at the meeting, Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi expressed his congratulation to Khanh Hoa on the good results achieved in socio-economic development in the past year and highly appreciated the close attention of the leaders of Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province in the fields under the State management role of the Ministry of Construction, such as planning, construction, urban development, social housing development, urban infrastructure, building materials and so on.
For the Cam Lam new urban general planning project until 2045, Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi guided the consulting unit to research and implement it effectively, innovate and perform better coordination; In addition, the planning tasks that were approved by the Prime Minister and other legal bases should be followed closely.
The Minister agreed with the proposal of the Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, thereby assigned the Department of Architectural Planning to quickly propose a list of experts and managers for the Ministry of Construction establishing a working group and advising to leaders of the Ministry and coordinate with the focal agency of Khanh Hoa province to implement most effectively the contents and tasks set out at the meeting.
