(Construction) - The Ministry of Construction continuously issued documents requesting its units to strictly implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic and suggest localities to implement solutions to minimize negative impacts of the Covid-19 epidemic on construction activities.
On May 20, 2021, in Document No. 1719/BXD-VP, the Ministry of Construction requested the heads of units to focus on directing and mastering civil servants, employees, officials in the actual units strictly implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic.
Previously, on February 24, 2021, the Ministry of Construction coordinated with the Central Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology (Ministry of Health) to collect samples for Covid-19 testing for more than 850 officials, employees, and laborers under the Ministry working at headquarter of 37 Le Dai Hanh.
The Ministry of Construction also asked these units to propose solutions to overcome and remove difficulties in managing construction investment costs and implementing construction contracts, especially construction contracts signed in the form of fixed price and package.
