Japanese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Yamada Takio emphasised that, Japan appreciated highly the importance of cooperation with Vietnam. Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi expressed his delight at the strong and extensive development relationship of the two countries in many fields. In the coming time, the Ministry of Construction hopes that the two sides continue to strengthen information exchange and share experiences in state management related to the construction sector, supporting the activities of the ASEAN Smart Cities Network (ASCN) and related issues.
In the coming time, the Minister will direct units under the Ministry of Construction to promote cooperation among the Ministry of Construction and Japanese partners. The Ministry will pay more attention and create favorable conditions to support Japanese enterprises to invest and develop projects in Vietnam. The Minister wished that the Japanese Ambassador and JICA would continue to cooperate and support the Ministry of Construction in upcoming projects.
