(Construction) - On March 15, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung signed a Decision approving the general planning adjustment of Da Nang city to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

According to the approved decision, Da Nang will become a first class city directly under the Central Government, the economic center of the country in terms of tourism, industry, trade and services, banking and finance with important values in the national urban development strategy. It will become an important traffic hub in the region, the country and the world.
In terms of development goals, according to the adjustment, Da Nang will be built into one of the major socio-economic centers of the country and Southeast Asia, as the center in entrepreneurship, innovation, tourism, commerce, finance, logistics, high-tech industries, information technology, supporting industries. For Vision to 2045, Da Nang is to become a big city with intelligence, creativity, identity and sustainability.
