(Construction) - On August 8, the acceptance ceremony was held in Vientiane for the new Lao National Assembly Building which a gift from the Vietnamese Party, State and people Laos.
A ceremony was held in Vientiane on March 20 to hand over the new National Assembly Building to the Lao legislature, which is a gift from the Vietnamese Party, State and people.

According to the Vietnam News Agency correspondent in Laos, on the afternoon of August 8 in Vientiane, the acceptance ceremony was held for new Lao’s National Assembly Building. This was the project invested by the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam. Army Corps 11 of the Ministry of National Defense was the general contractor.
At the ceremony, the investor, the Secretariat of the Lao National Assembly, agreed that after nearly 38 months of construction, the new Lao National Assembly Building Project has completed in accordance with the design requirements, the using needs, quality and safety operated with full functions, well serving the operational requirements of the Lao National Assembly. The parties also agreed to evaluate the Project as an existing, realistic and vivid proof contributing to the great friendship between the two peoples of Vietnam and Laos. It was the meaningful gift remarking the new development step of the two nations.
