(Construction) - On October 29, the State Inspection Council led by Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi - Chairman of the Council held a meeting to consider the acceptance conditions to put the Cat Linh - Ha Dong railway into operation.

On the basis of opinions and votes of the Council members, Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi - Chairman of the Council concluded that conditional acceptance results of the Investor are accepted to implement the next steps, put the Hanoi Urban Railway (Cat Linh - Ha Dong line) into operation in the first phase. In particular, the Chairman requested the Investor and related parties to organize the implementation of a number of contents before puttinng into operation, as well as during the operation of the project.
The Council requested the Ministry of Transport to direct the EPC General Contractor and related parties to organize a review of all auxiliary systems and equipments of operation and exploitation to ensure safety. During the operation, the Council requests the Ministry of Transport to agree with the General Contractor to arrange permanent personnel at the construction site during the warranty period to coordinate with the investor, the Metro Hanoi Company in promptly handling and settling spontaneous situations during operation and exploitation to ensure safety.
