(Construction) - Recently, at the headquarter of the Ministry of Construction, Deputy Minister Bui Pham Khanh presented the Decision of Director of the Department of Construction Economics to Mr. Dam Duc Bien - former Deputy Director of Financial Planning Department, Ministry of Construction.

Mr. Dam Duc Bien – Formal Deputy Director of Financial Planning Department, Ministry of Construction took over the position of Director of Department of Construction Economics, Ministry of Construction, from March 1st, 2020.
The Deputy Minister expected Mr. Dam Duc Bien to meet the expectations and requirements of the Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha, the leadership of the Ministry of Construction.
The Deputy Minister also desired and asked all cadres and officials, especially the leaders of the Department of Construction Economics to support and facilitate and unite with Mr. Dam Duc Bien to perform the best. The task of the Department of Construction Economics - one of the very important specialized units of the construction.
Mr. Dam Duc Bien promised to promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity of himself as well as each member of the Department of Economic Construction to ensure the best assigned tasks, contributing to preventing losses and wastefulness in construction investment activities.
