On February 7, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Dinh Toan awarded the Decision to appoint Mr. Pham Van Tu as Rector of Construction Mechanery Technical College.
At the ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyen Dinh Toan presented flowers to congratulate Mr. Pham Van Tu and suggested that, along with the new position, the college will continue to promote the tradition of solidarity and uphold the sense of responsibility to successfully fulfill the tasks, improve the quality of education and training, and build a further development of the college.
The Deputy Minister also emphasized the role and responsibility of the Rector to pay attention to the lives of employees, ensure the democracy in the unit and promote the capacity of officials and teachers.
