Reform administrative procedures
The Draft Law focused on amending and supplementing regulations on appraisal and approval of projects, construction designs in the direction of shortening the evaluation contents of construction-specialized agencies, reducing project evaluation time and construction designs; reduction of objects to evaluation of implementation design after basic design at construction specialized agencies.
Simplify investment conditions
To amend and supplement the 2014 Construction Law, the Ministry of Construction also studied and focused on abolishing and simplifying conditions for business investment in the construction field.
Complete uniform legal policy
The Construction Law activities related to construction investment from the period of preparation and project implementation to the period of completion and putting into operation and exploitation, all had been studied and submitted to the National Assembly.
The Ministry of Construction had been reviewed and communicated with the ministries which are presiding over the drafting of the bills on the contents related to the construction law to avoid overlapping in implementation and ensuring uniformity in concentration.
